Strengthen and stretch your body with a mixture of Tai Chi, Pilates, and Yoga. At the same time, you’ll be relaxing your mind, finding your breath, and creating your own sense of peaceful energy that you can recreate anytime you need to find your calm. Mental health benefits include stress reduction, improved mood and reduction in negative emotions, increased body awareness, concentration and focus, in addition to, improved strength, flexibility and balance. For anyone in the Greater Waukesha Community including first and second responders and their adult guest. No experience necessary.
This program is in collaboration with the Waukesha Recreation Department and will be held at Buchner Park. Mondays at 11:00am, September 8-October 17.
