Nature Meditation

Shinrin-yoku (“forest bathing”) is the Japanese practice of therapeutic sensory engagement in nature, with potential stress-busting benefits. Join us at Retzer Nature Center on select Wednesday evenings this summer as our wonderful volunteer, Ms. Sheila, a trained practitioner of Shinrin-yoku, leads us in guided activities to connect with nature and enhance our mindfulness. This activity is open to ages 16 and up. Dates this summer are June 26, July 24, August 21, and September 18 from 5:30-7:30 pm.
